Throughout his coaching career, Yashpal has worked with prominent teams and has been instrumental in their success, including serving as the Batting Coach for the Punjab Senior Men Team and as Head Coach for North Zone, All India University NCA Camp, and Manipur Cricket Association (Men's Under 19).
