To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The coaching session must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• The refund must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

The following coaching sessions are not eligible for a refund:

• Coaching sessions that have been completed.

• Coaching sessions that have been canceled less than 24 hours in advance.

• Coaching sessions that are on sale or clearance.
